The Bryton Rider 650 and 550 will officially launch on June 24th. The Rider 650 will be available in two editions: the E SKU (base version), which includes the device, bike mount, charging cable, and lanyard, priced at €169.95; and the T SKU (sensor bundle), which adds speed, heart rate, and cadence sensors, priced at €249.95. The Rider 550 will also be offered in two editions: the E SKU (base version) with the same core accessories for €129.95, and the D SKU (sensor bundle) including speed, heart rate, and cadence sensors for €189.95. 2.8” Color Display with Intuitive GUI
The Rider 650 features a vibrant 2.8-inch color touchscreen with an intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI), allowing for smooth, responsive navigation with just a tap. Both the Rider 650 and Rider 550 feature a built-in ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts screen brightness for clear, effortless, visibility in changing light conditions. Additionally, both models offer manual control with a range of preset brightness levels. Giving you greater flexibility to match your personal performance and environment. The Rider 650 delivers up to 33 hours of continuous use, while the Rider 550 pushes even further with an impressive 37-hour battery life. Customizable Function Key (Rider 650 only)
Take control of your ride with the Rider 650’s customizable Function Key, designed to adapt to your needs. Assign preferred actions such as jumping to the homepage, recalling the latest notification, or saving your activity with a long press for a more personalized and intuitive riding experience. It’s a smarter way to navigate, tailored to the way you ride.
Navigation Made Easy
The Rider 650 comes with preloaded regional maps and supports free global map downloads, making it ideal for discovering new routes near or far. The Rider 550 features Intersection Snapshot, offering a clear visual of surrounding roads at key turns to help you stay confidently on course. And if you veer off route, both the Rider 650 and 550 provide automatic rerouting via the Bryton Active App, guiding you back on track for a seamless navigation experience.
Climb Challenge
Take on elevation with ease using Climb Challenge on the Rider 650 and 550. As you approach a climb, your device automatically switches to the Climb Section page, displaying a clear graphical summary of upcoming segments including distance, gradient, altitude, ascent, and start/end points. With vivid color-coded visuals and at-a-glance data, you can pace your effort, track your progress, and tackle every climb with precision and control.
Route Explorer
Available on the Rider 650, Route Explorer lets you discover new rides with ease. Just set your desired distance, and the device generates up to three unique routes from your current location helping you explore more and always find your way back.
Quick Status Menu
Stay informed without missing a beat. The Rider 650 lets you customize your dashboard with smart notification, lap data, sensor info, light control, and power calibration all arranged to your preference. Live Track
With Live Track, your loved ones can follow your ride in real time. Manually create a shareable link to send via any messaging app, or set up a predefined email list to automatically send the link when Live Track is activated. Bike Radar
The Rider 650 and 550 offer smooth ANT+ radar compatibility, making it easy to pair with supported rear-view radar sensors. As vehicles approach from behind, a color-coded strip appears on the screen, clearly indicating both threat level and distance. To enhance awareness, the device also provides distinct audible alerts, helping you stay focused on the road ahead while staying informed about what’s behind.
